Custom Massage for you
You can schedule online for a 9:00 AM, 10:30 AM , or 12:00 PM massage for either a 60 or 75 minute session. Sessions are customized to your needs. Many different modalities are used to create your session including myofascial, cranial sacral, chakra balancing, a bit of lymphatic, structural integration, trager, and Swedish. I have never specialized in one technique over the years but have perfected the union of multiple modalities to create a balanced, treatment massage for all body types and needs.
Chakra balancing
A chakra balancing session is a multi-sensory healing experience that helps balance your chakras to promote an overall sense of well-being and may allow for a greater sense of emotional wellbeing. A large part of the session will include Polarities, a holding technique with very gentle jostling to create balance within yourself. Chakra crystals can be added to enhance the energy flow. Tuning forks are used on chakras to create a gentle but deep penetrating vibration though out your body. These two techniques combined with a stellar head massage will leave you with absence of wellbeing, calmness, and relaxation. The session is 45 minutes of hands on time with extra time built in to gather yourself so you can drive home safely.
